White Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

This is another recipes I’ll be using in a few recipes I’ll be posting soon. This is a recipe I came up with (although I’m sure there are others who’ve done it too) by added melted white chocolate to a cream cheese frosting. You can alter this by adding more or less cream cheese and white chocolate to fit your individual preferences.

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. water
6 oz. white chocolate, melted and cooled
4 c. powdered sugar

In mixer beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
Add vanilla, water and melted chocolate.
Mix in powdered sugar.
Adjust water and powdered sugar until you get desired consistency.

Can also make with other kinds of chocolate and other flavorings.
