Loaded Oatmeal Cookies

Oatmeal cookies with almost everything you can think of to add: semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chunks, butterscotch chips, white chocolate chunks, chopped walnuts and chopped pecans. May also add raisins or M&M’s if you like or eliminate anything I listed that you don’t like. Add more of your favorites!

1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. quick oats
3 c. flour
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. white chocolate bark, chopped
1/2 c. milk chocolate bark, chopped
1/3 c. chopped walnuts
1/3 c. chopped pecans

Cream butter with sugars; beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients and chocolate/nuts.

Drop by spoonfuls on greased baking sheet and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 8-15 minutes depending on size of the cookies.
