Graham Cracker Pie Crust
Here is the recipe for a simple graham cracker crust. The same or similar recipe can be found on boxes of graham crackers and graham cracker crumbs. Many recipes call for more butter in proportion to the graham crackers than I have in my recipe below, but this is what I usually do:
1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter and mix well. Spread evenly over bottom and sides of a 9″ pie plate, and press firmly.
Chill for one hour before filling or bake in preheated 350 degree oven for about 8 minutes, and then cool and chill before filling.
