Graham and Peanut Butter Bon Bons

I found this recipe on the back of a Keebler Graham Cracker Crumbs Box. It is similar to a Buckeye recipe I frequently make in the winter–except that recipe does not use the graham cracker crumbs–so I wanted to try it out to see how it compared.

The recipe:

1 1/2 c. rice krispies cereal
1 1/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. white or dark chocolate

Stir together cereal, peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Shape the mixture into balls, using ~ 1 Tbsp. for each. In a saucepan melt chocolate. Dip each ball into the chocolate and place on wax paper. Refrigerate at least 20 minutes or until set.
